Shipping Policy

We currently ship to UK addresses only.

Shipping cost: Free standard delivery on all orders.

Important information for orders over £135

Orders may be shipped from overseas.

For orders with a total consignment value of £135 or less, UK VAT is generally accounted for at the point of sale and Customs Duty is not normally charged on non-excise goods.

For orders with a total consignment value of more than £135, import VAT and Customs Duty may apply. These charges may be collected by the courier before delivery or when your order is received. Any applicable import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery times

UK DELIVERY: Orders typically arrive within 7–10 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays, customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping or tracking information where available. Please allow 1–3 working days for processing before dispatch.
